The funds, "Rimawari-kun Short-term Management Fund Vol. 9" and "Asakusabashi Income Property Fund," target the condominiums owned by the Company, with offering amounts of 30.37 million yen and 40.41 million yen, respectively.



Two Funds Will Be Simultaneously Offered!
Guided by the Company’s mission of “Democratizing real estate investment around the world” and “Enriching the 100-year life era with technology and asset management,” two funds will be released through the largest membership real estate crowdfunding platform in Japan, Rimawari-kun, on Monday, December 11. The subject properties for the funds, “Rimawari-kun Short-term Management Fund Vol. 9” and “Asakusabashi Income Property Fund," are condominiums owned by the Company.
