DOTOWN x Rimawari-kun Regional Revitalization Fund Series
The DOTOWN x Rimawari-kun Regional Revitalization Fund series is a well-received investment fund dedicated to development and revitalization of local communities. All four “DOTOWN HOUSE By The Sea” funds launched thus far have attracted a greater amount of applications than the amount offered. Based on the positive responses to the previous funds, the two new funds will be launched for newly built properties within the Ichinomiya area again.
These funds target two properties, with SYLA planning for next funds targeting additional two properties, thereby incorporating four new properties into the fund as planned. DOTOWN and Rimawari-kun remain steadfast in the commitment to supporting regional development and revitalization by developing the Regional Revitalization Fund Series!

Proposing a New Lifestyle in the Post-COVID-19 Era
Our lifestyles have been drastically changed since the outbreak of COVID-19. With more individuals spending extended periods at home due to remote work, there is a growing interest in relocating away from the bustling city environment to seek a more tranquil setting.
This trend is still evident in the post-COVID-19 era. A diverse range of individuals, regardless of age or gender, are showing interest in moving outside urban areas. According to data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, consultations regarding relocation to the countryside exceeded a record high of 320,000 in FY2021.
Particularly popular destinations for relocation are those offering abundant nature and easy access to the city. With more people seeking an open-minded lifestyle, these areas are attracting an increasing number of individuals.
The Ichinomiya area, where the subject properties are situated, is an attractive area that meets this demand. Chiba Prefecture, home to the Ichinomiya area, has recently attracted attention as a workation destination. The Prefecture has been proactively promoting workation by showcasing marine sports and activities in its abundant natural environment, as well as offering ideal accommodations suited for workation.
