SYLA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshiyuki Yuto) (“SYLA Co.”), a subsidiary of SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroyuki Sugimoto; NASDAQ: “SYT”), announces that it has sold its newly built brand condominium, SYFORME NISHI-SUGAMO, designed for comfortable living with pets, to a private fund managed by BlackRock's Real Estate business.
Details of the Sale and Overview of the Collaboration
SYLA Co. has been working to expand investment opportunities for both domestic and international investors through its SYFORME brand condominium series. Since entering into a collaboration agreement with BlackRock's Real Estate business last December, four SYFORME buildings have been sold to the BlackRock private fund. In October 2024, SYLA Co. also launched a new brand, SYFORME NEXT, for which it has been commissioned to provide property management and building management services.
The subject property of this sale, SYFORME NISHI-SUGAMO, is a pet-friendly condominium designed to offer a comfortable living environment for residents who consider pets part of the family. The common areas are equipped with leash hooks and pet foot-washing facilities, promoting a comfortable, clean atmosphere. This design thoughtfully integrates diverse lifestyle preferences with environmental considerations, enhancing its sustainable value .
Future Outlook
Moving forward, SYLA Co. will continue to strengthen its collaboration with BlackRock’s Real Estate business through the SYFORME and SYFORME NEXT projects, further deepening their collaboration in the Japanese real estate market. The two companies will also advance the development of a series of pet-friendly condominiums, focusing on future supply, creating new investment opportunities, and enhancing property management within Japan’s real estate investment market.
